WANTED: Production Potter

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience that can work as a W9 if/when needed ... based on the fluctuation of orders.

Each piece $ would include

- Keeping track of throwing clay inventory
- Weighing Clay
- Wedging Clay
- Throwing
- Trimming
- Recycling Clay (we have a pugger)

You need to be able to do exact repetition and perfect cylinders based on our instructions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift 50 lb+ [with proper form] to avoid injury
• Have a working phone that can handle the app “Slack”
• Can physically wear a mask all day
• Can walk-up and down a flight of stairs with ease a few times a day
• Work in very hot and very cold conditions
• Accept direction from other women
• Good in dusty & noisy environment
• Must have attention to detail, methodical and logical
• Have a positive attitude and respectful to all
• Must be resilient and have a curious mind with a willingness to learn
• Must be respectful and supportive of other women
• Punctual and reliable
• A great communicator
• Must be street smart !!!
• Leave your ego and attitude at the door and be ready to work
• You must have all proper paperwork for on-boarding including a valid photo ID
